Baked cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower head washed and cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- handful of cashews
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200 degrees top and bottom heat.

Mix coconut oil, honey, cinnamon and paprika powder in a large bowl.

Add the cauliflower florets and cashew nuts and mix so that the spices and oil are well distributed.

Put everything on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake for 20-30 minutes. Add pepper and salt to taste.
