Baked peach with crunchy yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 4 peaches or nectarines
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 400 g Greek yoghurt (or vegetable yoghurt)
  • some crunchy muesli or chopped nuts

Instructions

Peel the peaches or nectarines with a peeler and cut into thin slices.

Melt coconut oil in a pan, add cinnamon and honey and mix.

Add the peach slices and turn a few times until all slices are wetted with cinnamon and honey.

Now fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring / turning carefully until soft.

Mix the yoghurt and the maple syrup and distribute in bowls.

Place crunchy muesli or nuts on top and top the deliciously sweet smelling peach slices.
