One of our gluten-free "emergency recipes". If lunch unexpectedly has to be on the table in five minutes. The gluten-free tortilllias are also great as provisions when travelling.
Gluten-free tortilla wraps
Ingredients
- 4-6 gluten-free tortilla wraps
- 2-3 peppers
- 1 cucumber
- 200 g lamb's lettuce
- 1 can of sour cream (conventional or vegan)
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Briefly warm the gluten-free tortilla wraps in a pan from each side according to the package instructions.

Place on a plate and spread with sour cream. Cover one half of the tortilia with lamb's lettuce, pieces of paprika and cucumber and roll up.

In the middle cut diagonally into 2 halves and serve.
Notes
The wraps are also great for lunch on the road. I take them with me when we go on holiday or make day trips and need lunch. They are also great to prepare on a stressful day because they are eaten cold.
