Homemade muesli - it always sounds great, but it is so incredibly simple! ? Why don't you give it a try! It's worth it just because of the sweet crunchy smell that permeates the house! ? Our gluten-free "crunchy favourite muesli" tastes simply insanely delicious with milk or as a topping on natural yoghurt. And the many seeds, flakes and seeds are really something! Linseed is good for the stomach and intestines and contains a lot of magnesium. Chia seeds with their valuable omega-3 fatty acids and high calcium content. Real nourishment for the nerves are pumpkin seeds with many B vitamins and the oat flakes of course, which keep us full for a long time, in addition to the many vitamins and minerals our body loves. Only sweetened with natural sweetness and simply a little crunchy dream! ? Then start crunching!
Favourite crunchy muesli / Granola
- 50 g gluten-free oat flakes small leaf
- 250 g gluten-free oat flakes large leaf
- 100 g chopped almonds
- 40 g puffed amaranth
- 80 g shredded coconut
- 30 g chia seeds
- 40 g pumpkin seeds
- 40 g sunflower seeds
- 30 g linseed
- 160 g agave syrup
- 60 g maple syrup
- 30 g melted coconut oil
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add melted coconut oil, agave syrup and maple syrup and mix well.
Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 30-40 minutes at 160 degrees top and bottom heat.
Mix every 10 minutes with a spoon, especially the edges towards the middle.
Observe the last 10 minutes well, as each oven is different.
Leave to cool completely on the baking tray, take 3 ends of the baking paper together with one hand, and let the 4th corner hang and use it as a "funnel replacement". This way you can pour the muesli wonderfully into a nice muesli tin.
If you have to watch out for histamine, simply use macadamia nuts instead of almonds!
