Ingredients
- Ingredients Dough:
- 60 g coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon rice flour
- 1/2 teaspoon tartar baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground vanilla
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 4 eggs
- 300 ml almond milk
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 small pinch of salt
- some ghee (or butter) for frying
Instructions

Mix all ingredients for the dough in a bowl or blender.

Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Now form small piles of dough with a teaspoon in a pan with ghee or butter. If you only take 1 teaspoon of dough at a time, the size is perfect. They will be 4-5 cm in diameter. When you have the feeling that they can be moved in the pan, turn them.
