Ingredients

  • Ingredients Dough:
  • 60 g coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon rice flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon tartar baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 300 ml almond milk
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 small pinch of salt
  • some ghee (or butter) for frying

Instructions

Mix all ingredients for the dough in a bowl or blender.

Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Now form small piles of dough with a teaspoon in a pan with ghee or butter. If you only take 1 teaspoon of dough at a time, the size is perfect. They will be 4-5 cm in diameter. When you have the feeling that they can be moved in the pan, turn them.

Now place on a plate and drizzle some maple syrup over it.
