  • 360 g rice pudding
  • 1 L milk of your choice
  • 100 g grated white chocolate
  • 6 large plums (500 g)
  • 6 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground vanilla



Simmer the plum halves with 4 tbsp. maple syrup and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon in a saucepan for 10-15 minutes while stirring and set aside.


Melt 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add 1/2 teaspoon ground vanilla.


Stir in rice and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup. Gradually stir in the milk and cook the rice for 15 to 25 minutes (or according to package instructions) until soft (add a little milk if necessary).


Now stir in the white chocolate shavings and serve with the plum jam.


The rice pudding tastes deliciously warm, but is also perfect for pre-cooking. Just store it in the fridge and enjoy it cold later!
