I am Sandra Ludes - graphic designer, mum 2 boys and food blogger. Here you will find quick and easy family recipes, which are healthy, without refined sugar and gluten-free - all made from wonderfully fresh and natural ingredients. Colorants and preservatives adé! My recipe ideas have few ingredients, are easy to implement in everyday life and super delicious! They are perfect for intolerances, because in case of lactose intolerance simply use lactose-free products or plant-based products. Alternatives can be chosen. If you cannot tolerate tomatoes, e.g. in case of histamine intolerance, you will find many new favourite recipes here! If you don't have to watch out for gluten, simply replace my flour with the flour of your choice and my gluten-free wholemeal rice noodles with your favourite noodles. Healthy cooking is so easy! It really is!
