Ingredients

  • 8 large potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons Greek or plant Yoghurt
  • 4 tablespoons of milk (or plant-based alternative)
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Peel, quarter and boil 8 large potatoes. At the same time boil the eggs hard.

Sauce for the potatoes: 3 tablespoons Greek or vegetable sauce Mix yoghurt and 4 tablespoons of milk (or vegetable alternative) well and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the boiled eggs in half, arrange them on a plate with the potatoes and place one half of each egg with a teaspoon of yoghurt. Put chives rolls on top (who likes).

Add the yoghurt sauce over the potatoes and you're done!

Notes

For older children also a super simple dish to learn how to cook!
