Egg with yoghurt dip and potatoes
- 8 large potatoes
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons Greek or plant Yoghurt
- 4 tablespoons of milk (or plant-based alternative)
Peel, quarter and boil 8 large potatoes. At the same time boil the eggs hard.
Sauce for the potatoes: 3 tablespoons Greek or vegetable sauce Mix yoghurt and 4 tablespoons of milk (or vegetable alternative) well and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the boiled eggs in half, arrange them on a plate with the potatoes and place one half of each egg with a teaspoon of yoghurt. Put chives rolls on top (who likes).
Add the yoghurt sauce over the potatoes and you're done!
